Yes — your funds and personal data are protected by strict security measures, regulated processes, and industry-standard technology. At NAGA ONE and our issuing partner DiPocket, keeping your Card, Account, and information secure is our top priority.
How Your Funds Are Protected
Your Card is issued by DiPocket, an authorised Electronic Money Institution regulated by the Bank of Lithuania.
As a regulated financial institution, DiPocket must safeguard your electronic money by holding client funds in segregated accounts.
This means your money is kept separate from company funds and protected under EU e-money safeguarding rules.
You can redeem your remaining balance at any time while your Card is valid — and up to 6 years after expiry.
How Your Data Is Protected
Your Card is automatically enrolled in Mastercard/Visa Identity Check (3-D Secure) for safer online payments.
Transactions may require authentication via:
Biometrics in the app (Face/Touch ID), or
A one-time code sent to your mobile phone.
Sensitive details like your PIN, CVV, or passwords are never requested by us via email, phone, or message.
If you ever receive such a request, it is fraudulent — do not share the information and contact Support immediately.
Your Responsibilities for Keeping the Account Safe
To help maintain security, please ensure you:
Keep your Card details (PAN, expiry date, CVV), PIN, passwords, and devices safe at all times.
Do not write your PIN down in an identifiable way.
Do not share your Card or its security features with anyone.
